We have a no return and refund policy unless your order is damaged, defective, the incorrect product or for claiming the 1 year warranty. We will not accept any return or refund requests for any other reason.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Installation & Compatibility Notice

Our Hygienex bidet attachment is designed to connect to your existing toilet water supply using the included fittings and is compatible with most standard toilet setups.

Please note that plumbing regulations vary by region. In Australia and New Zealand, the installation of a bidet may require additional backflow prevention devices or professional installation to comply with local plumbing standards.

We recommend ensuring your setup has an accessible water connection (such as a hose or tap feeding the cistern). If you are unsure about compatibility or installation requirements, consult a qualified plumber.
